Yesterday I bought the Book AGAINST ALL ODDS by Benny Tan.

It did not take me many hours to read the 146 pages of the book.

Do I need to say more?

BICENTENARY 1814 – 2014

It is believed that two hundred years ago the first Christian Service was held in New Zealand (Aotearoa).

— Samuel Marsden shared the Good News with Maori.

— Chief Ruatara invited him to do so.  

— It happened on Christmas Day 1814.

— The Place: Oihi Bay in the Bay of Islands.

“Smile, you are on camera,” was written on the two signs I saw this morning. They were fastened to the gates of the property I visited to deliver a message. ( Was not able to deliver the message.)

And I am glad for the reminder “you are on camera”.

Many times I have read that it is known when I sit and when I rise. My going out and my lying down is also known.

SMILE

But not only that!

My thoughts are also known. They are not only known, but they are known from afar.

The fact is that all my ways are known.

But listen to this:

Also before a word is on my tongue it is known and known completely.

I am reading also just now that there is no hiding place for me anywhere.

In Psalm 139:16 I am reading also:

“All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”

I am not only “smiling” because I am on camera, but I am also rejoicing that I am on the Lord’s camera. Hallelujah!

But there is in fact a place where you can stay, although you can’t pay!

There is a place without …

1.  hunger.

“CAN’T PAY CAN’T STAY”

3.  excessive heat.

4.  night or darkness.

5.  death.

6.  tears.

7.  sorrow.

8.  crying.

9.  pain.

11.  high place.

12. happy place.

The place is called Heaven.

The door to Heaven is called Salvation. Salvation is a free gift, but the Lord DIED to save us. (Acts 20:28; First Corinthians 6:20; First Corinthians 7:23; Revelation 5:9)

You probably have heard the saying:

“SALVATION IS FREE, BUT NOT CHEAP.”

And the New Birth is the door to Salvation!

At our Bank yesterday, where I had business, it shot through my mind to ask again, but I did not.

Why did I not ask?

Because I had given up Hope, and was it not already the 20th of January 2014?

But yesterday I walked out of the Bank with two of the ASB 2014 pocket calendars without asking again.

Inside the neat calendars I read:

ASB Bank Limited”

I am saying, “NEVER GIVE UP HOPE!”
